We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at our upscale rooftop restaurant and bar in Dwarka Expressway, Sector 102,Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of bringing in new clients, managing private party/event bookings, and driving business growth while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with potential clients, corporates, event planners, and local businesses to secure party bookings and group reservations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase footfall, including collaborations, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
- Generate leads through networking, field visits, social media, and local marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a database of repeat and potential clients for targeted promotions and loyalty programs.
Operations & Team Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, manage vendors, and control costs and wastage.
Customer Service & Guest Experience
- Handle VIP guests, special requests, and client relations with professionalism and poise.
- Ensure a high-quality guest experience through regular service audits, guest feedback, and staff training.
Event Management
- Coordinate all aspects of party bookings including menu planning, decor, entertainment, seating arrangements, and client requirements.
- Ensure smooth execution of events, managing staff and operations during high-pressure situations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management.
- Demonstrated ability to bring in new clients and manage high-volume party bookings.
- Strong local network in Gurugram/Dwarka/Dwarka Expressway hospitality and event industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
