Hiring: Motion Graphic Designer / Short Form Video Editor
We’re looking for a creative video editor who can create engaging short-form videos with modern motion graphics, smooth animations, subtitles, sound design, and high-retention editing style for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
What You’ll Do:
- Edit short-form content in a fast-paced, engaging style
- Add motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects
- Use sound effects, music, and pacing to improve retention
- Create clean and modern visuals similar to viral motivational/business content
- Follow references and maintain a consistent editing style
Requirements:
- Experience with Premiere Pro / After Effects (or similar tools)
- Good understanding of pacing and storytelling
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Ability to deliver on time
- Portfolio or sample work required
Bonus:
- Experience with AI-generated visuals/videos
- Understanding of social media trends
- Thumbnail/design skills
