The Manager – Tenancy Management Services (TMS) will lead and manage the Mumbai TMS department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality domestic maintenance services to expatriate and foreign corporate tenants.
The role involves leading the TMS Executives and Supervisors, maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues, coordinating with landlords, societies, vendors, and internal departments, and continuously improving service quality in line with Relomi’s hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, mentor, and manage the TMS team of Executives and Supervisors.
· Plan and monitor daily client visits, maintenance schedules, and team assignments.
· Ensure regular domestic maintenance services are delivered efficiently and as per Relomi’s service standards.
· Ensure professional, courteous, and high-standard communication with expatriate clients at all times.
· Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Monitor and continuously improve service quality through regular reviews, inspections, and client feedback.
· Handle major client complaints, escalations, and service recovery.
· Coordinate with landlords, housing societies, vendors, technicians, and contractors for smooth execution of tenancy-related services.
· Review quotations, repair recommendations, and maintenance costs before approvals.
· Ensure preventive maintenance schedules and apartment inspections are carried out as planned.
· Monitor departmental KPIs, response times, pending jobs, and service performance.
· Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
· Develop and implement SOPs and operational improvements for the department.
· Coordinate closely with Relocation, Accounts, Setup, Fleet, and Operations teams.
· Review departmental MIS, reports, documentation, and monthly performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
· 5–8 years of experience in hospitality operations, property management, facility management, customer service, or tenancy management.
· Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams.
· Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
· Strong customer service orientation with the ability to confidently interact with expatriate and foreign corporate clients.
· Experience in vendor management, landlord coordination, society liaison, and maintenance service coordination.
· Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email communication, and reporting.
· Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards and timely delivery.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
