We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Abacus Trainer to teach mental math and abacus techniques to young learners. The trainer will be responsible for developing students’ concentration, calculation speed, and confidence through interactive learning methods.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct abacus and mental arithmetic classes for students.
Teach basic to advanced abacus concepts in an engaging manner.
Improve students’ calculation speed, accuracy, and logical thinking.
Prepare lesson plans and practice worksheets.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
Support students during assessments and competitions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Certification or experience in Abacus training preferred.
Passion for teaching children.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Patience and creative teaching approach.
Freshers with abacus knowledge can also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience with kids (Age 5–14).
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
