Job Summary:
We are looking for a Creative Strategy Executive to develop innovative marketing ideas, campaign concepts, and content strategies that enhance brand presence and drive engagement for our travel business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop ad concepts and campaign ideas for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
* Research competitors, market trends, and winning ad creatives.
* Identify customer pain points, desires, objections, and buying triggers.
* Create unique hooks, offers, messaging angles, and campaign themes.
* Build creative testing roadmaps for ads.
Content & Creative Planning:
* Write creative briefs for designers and video editors.
* Create ad scripts, storyboards, reel concepts, and video structures.
* Develop content pillars and content calendars.
* Plan UGC, testimonial, founder-led, and product-focused content.
Performance Analysis:
* Analyze ad performance metrics.
* Identify winning creatives and scaling opportunities.
* Recommend creative improvements based on CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion data.
* Conduct A/B testing of hooks, thumbnails, headlines, and formats.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
