We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Influencer Marketing Intern who will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with small creators (micro-influencers) in the study abroad niche. The goal is to drive high-quality leads and conversions through performance-based collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creator Outreach & Relationship Building
- Identify and shortlist micro-creators (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) in the study abroad / student / education niche
- Reach out via DMs, emails, and networking platforms
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators
2. Collaboration Execution
- Pitch collaboration ideas aligned with our brand (study abroad services)
- Onboard creators for performance-based campaigns (conversion-driven)
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and target audience
3. Campaign Management
- Coordinate with creators for timely content posting
- Track campaign deliverables and timelines
- Ensure proper CTA integration (forms, WhatsApp, landing pages)
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor leads, conversions, and engagement generated by each creator
- Identify high-performing creators and scale collaborations
- Optimize outreach and campaign strategies based on performance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interest in influencer marketing / creator economy
- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn trends
- Result-oriented mindset (focus on leads & conversions)
- Self-driven and comfortable with outreach targets
