Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Content Creator & Videographer to create high-quality visual content for product promotion and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have experience in photography, videography, and video editing, and should be able to create engaging content for marketing and digital platforms.
This role includes capturing product visuals, field activities, and promotional events, as well as editing videos and supporting marketing campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography & Videography
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of company products, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute video shoots for product promotions and marketing activities.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor shoots, including field and farm locations when required.
- Capture photos and videos during events, exhibitions, and field activities.
- Ensure proper use and handling of cameras, lighting, and related equipment.
Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit videos to create promotional, educational, and product-based content.
- Create short and long videos suitable for digital platforms and presentations.
- Add subtitles, basic graphics, transitions, and sound where required.
- Maintain organized storage of images, videos, and digital content files.
Content Planning & Marketing Support
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan content for campaigns and product promotions.
- Assist in preparing visual content for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Suggest creative ideas for improving content quality and engagement.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned content tasks.
Field & Event Coverage
- Visit farms, demonstration locations, and event venues for capturing visual content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and schedule shoots.
- Capture real-time content during farmer meetings and promotional programs when required.
Equipment & File Management
- Maintain camera equipment, accessories, and related tools.
- Ensure proper storage and backup of digital files.
- Report equipment issues and suggest improvements when required.
AI Tools & Digital Trends
- Use available AI tools to support content creation, editing, and presentation tasks where applicable.
- Stay updated with new trends in digital content creation and video production.
- Support adoption of efficient tools to improve productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Media, Photography, Videography, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in photography, videography, or content creation.
- Experience in product photography and video editing preferred.
Skills & Requirements
- Good skills in photography and videography.
- Hands-on experience with video editing software (such as Premiere Pro or similar tools).
- Basic knowledge of photo editing tools preferred.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, and camera handling.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for field shoots when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
