Job Summary
Pearls IT Hub is seeking a proactive and result-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to lead business growth, drive lead generation, and promote our IT software solutions (e.g., website development, digital marketing, and ERP solutions) . You will be responsible for expanding the client base and boosting revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, pursue, and convert high-value prospects into clients through both inbound leads and targeted outbound outreach.
- Service Promotion: Pitch and demonstrate IT services, such as Custom Software, E-commerce platforms, Digital Marketing, and IT support.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Market Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis and design effective marketing strategies to increase local and regional visibility.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed client databases (CRMs) and provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of proven, verifiable experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within the IT or software sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Skills: Excellent communication (English and Tamil), strong negotiation skills, and a confident, public-facing demeanor.
- Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (SEO, Social Media Ads) and general IT services.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
- Incentives: Lucrative, performance-based commissions and bonuses on successful closures.
