Job Summary
The Retail Marketing Executive is responsible for Driving Increasing sales and building brand visibility for the sweet shop. This role focuses on In Store Promotions, Local Marketing Campaigns, festive offers, and customer engagement strategies tailored to a sweets and confectionary business.
Job Describtion
- To develop and Executive retail marketing plans to boost store sales
- Plan Seasonal and festival campaings (Diwali, Pongal, Weddings, etc)
- Identify local market trends and customer preferences
- Handle customer feedback and improve satisfaction
- Organize sampling activities and tasting events
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in retail/F&B/confectionery marketing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
