About the Role
Livepixel Technologies LLP is looking for a highly creative, proactive, and client-focused person to represent the company in Delhi NCR. The candidate will serve as the primary coordination point between the client, production team, and the Mumbai headquarters, ensuring smooth execution of video production, immersive media projects, and client communication.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, video production, XR technologies, and client management.
Key Responsibilities-Client Coordination
- Represent Livepixel Technologies during client visits at various locations in Delhi NCR
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Attend meetings, understand client requirements, and communicate project updates
- Coordinate approvals, schedules, and deliverables with the Mumbai production team
Video Production
- Plan and coordinate video shoots.
- Conduct location recce and prepare shooting schedules.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, interviewees, and production crew.
- Ensure all shoot requirements are ready before production.
- Assist during filming and oversee smooth execution on location.
Creative Support
- Understand project briefs and contribute creative ideas.
- Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and visual planning.
- Suggest innovative production techniques to enhance storytelling.
- Maintain high creative standards across all projects.
VR / AR & Immersive Media Support
- Demonstrate a working understanding of Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), and immersive technologies.
- Coordinate immersive content demonstrations and client presentations.
- Assist in gathering technical requirements for XR projects.
- Liaise with Mumbai-based creative and development teams for project execution.
Project Coordination
- Track project timelines and milestones.
- Prepare meeting notes, action items, and progress reports.
- Coordinate logistics for shoots, events, and installations.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.
Communication
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Present ideas confidently during meetings.
- Handle client queries promptly and professionally.
- Represent the company with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Conduct location recce and prepare shooting schedules.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, interviewees, and production crew.
- Ensure all shoot requirements are ready before production.
- Assist during filming and oversee smooth execution on location.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Experience in video production or media coordination.
- Knowledge of cinematography, editing workflows, and production processes.
- Understanding of VR, AR, XR, immersive media, or interactive technologies.
- Creative thinking with strong storytelling skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Media Studies, Film Production, Animation, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in video production, media, creative agencies, museums, educational institutions, or immersive technology projects.
- Prior experience coordinating with academic institutions or government organizations is desirable.

Support Structure
- The employee will be visiting in Delhi NCR and work closely with clients
- Full creative, technical, production, post-production, animation, VR/AR development, and project management support will be provided by the Mumbai Head Office.
- The Delhi representative will focus on client interaction, project coordination, shoot management, and local execution, while production activities will be handled by the Mumbai team.

Travel
Frequent travel within Delhi NCR and occasional travel to Mumbai (If required) for project planning, training, and team coordination.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
