- Supervise manufacturing processes including metal fabrication, stamping, cutting, and assembly to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols (e.g., OSHA compliance), inspect products for defects, and maintain resource flow like raw metals and tooling.
- Lead teams of workers, provide training on equipment handling, and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing.
