Work Mode: Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Fixed Shift)

About the Role
As a Global Career Consultant, you will engage with individuals who are exploring overseas education, work opportunities, permanent residency, and immigration pathways.
Your role will be to understand their requirements, provide suitable guidance, build trust, and help them choose the right services based on their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and consultations.
- Understand customer profiles, goals, and overseas aspirations.
- Guide clients on suitable education, immigration, and visa pathways.
- Build strong relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Handle client queries and provide professional consultation.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through consultative selling.
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems.
Who Can Apply?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Telesales, Counseling, Customer Success, Education Counseling, Immigration Consulting, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
