Recruitment Business Development Executive
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented professional to join our team, responsible for driving recruitment vendor collaborations and sourcing top talent for IT, ITES, Banking, and Insurance services companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors to meet client staffing requirements
- Source and shortlist candidates for various job openings in IT, ITES, Banking, and Insurance domains
- Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of recruitment experience in IT, ITES, Banking, and Insurance domains
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and vendor management skills
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling international clients
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and metrics
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
