About the Role
We are looking for an Academic Associate who will be the backbone of our academic operations. You will work closely with our faculty and founder to plan courses, organize study materials, ensure content quality, support students in their exam preparation journey, and use AI tools to make our workflows faster and smarter. This role also involves appearing on camera to create promotional and educational videos, so comfort in front of the camera is essential. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day academic operations of live and recorded courses
- Handle student queries and provide timely academic support and doubt resolution
- Guide students on exam preparation strategy, study plans, and course usage
- Organize, review, and maintain academic content (PDFs, question banks, presentations, mock tests)
- Coordinate with faculty for class schedules, content delivery, and doubt-clearing sessions
- Support course planning, batch launches, and execution timelines
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all learning materials before they reach students
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve content creation and operational workflows
- Appear on camera and record yourself presenting promotional videos for courses
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Agriculture (M.Sc. Agriculture preferred)
- Strong agricultural subject knowledge across core BSc Ag subjects
- Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera in Malayalam and English
- Computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace) and familiarity with AI tools
- Experience in EdTech or teaching is desirable — freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply
