Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Student Experience: Greet visitors, provide a premium experience, and ensure the reception area is clean and professional.

Inquiry Handling: Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide accurate details regarding the company’s educational courses, boot camps, or learning platforms.

Lead Engagement: basic tele-calling, following up on prospective leads, and scheduling counseling sessions for sales teams.

Administrative Duties: Maintain visitor logs, handle courier services, manage office supplies, and coordinate meetings.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between learners, technical support, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 1–2 years of prior experience in a front office, customer service, or educational/counseling role.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional demeanor, and high empathy when dealing with student or parent queries.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), basic CRM handling, and comfort with digital/cloud tools.
