Job Summary
The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the PMS.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process guest payments and maintain proper billing records.
- Answer telephone calls and provide information regarding hotel services.
- Assist guests with local information, transportation, and other requirements.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Prepare daily reports and shift handover notes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Front Office operations (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS systems.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-groomed personality with a positive attitude.
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
