Project Manager / Site Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction project management, site execution, planning, coordination, and team supervision. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality.
- Resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure timely procurement and utilization of materials and resources.
- Maintain effective communication between management and site teams.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E Civil) or related field.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project execution, and site management.
- Knowledge of project planning, estimation, and resource management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction project management and site supervision.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools.
- Understanding of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
Experience
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills may apply.
- Candidates with 1–5+ years of experience in construction project management, site supervision, or execution will be preferred.
