About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Ayurvedic Doctor to serve as a part-time consultant for our Piles medicine, an Ayurvedic formulation for the complete healing of piles. The Client Physician will be responsible for answering health-related queries from customers, ensuring they are well-informed and feel supported throughout their healing journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions regarding the usage, dosage, and benefits of the medicine and any questions related to Piles.
- Offer expert Ayurvedic advice in alignment with the company’s values and treatment philosophy.
- Record and report customer feedback for continuous product and support improvement.
- Collaborate with the internal team to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) is mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical or consulting experience in Ayurvedic medicine as a Doctor
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English (any other language will be an added advantage)
