About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Wealth Manager / Investment Counsellor to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI). The ideal candidate will provide personalized investment solutions, financial planning, and wealth management services while driving portfolio growth and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
- Develop customized investment strategies and wealth management solutions.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide regular performance reviews.
- Keep clients informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
- Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through referrals and open-market sourcing.
- Strengthen existing client relationships through portfolio reviews and financial planning.
- Achieve assigned AUM and revenue targets within the allocated geography.
- Increase customer wallet share through cross-selling investment and wealth products.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investor awareness sessions.
- Stay updated on financial markets, regulatory changes, and investment products.
Eligibility
Education
- Master's Degree from a recognized university.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Private Banking, or Financial Services.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI investment portfolios.
- Proven track record of achieving AUM and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of equity, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income, and other investment products.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional investment advisory services.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
