LightningInfra is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering freshers to join our site execution team. The selected candidates will work on residential and commercial construction projects, assisting senior engineers in planning, execution, quality control, and project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the construction industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and the project team.
- Ensure quality standards and construction safety practices are followed.
- Measure work quantities and maintain daily site progress reports.
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
