Our upcoming Wallpaper Collection blends art, craft, and modern interiors, and we’re looking for a Pattern Designer who can bring stories to life through thoughtful, hand-crafted designs.
Role Overview
The Pattern Designer will conceptualize, design, and develop original patterns for wallpapers and surface prints. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of composition, color, and motif development, and the ability to translate traditional and contemporary art influences into commercial design collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original repeat patterns and surface designs for wallpaper collections.
- Develop mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts aligned with seasonal and thematic directions.
- Work closely with the founder and design team to evolve design narratives.
- Digitally refine and prepare artwork files for production and printing.
- Research art styles, trends, and motifs across Indian and global design movements.
- Maintain an organized digital library of artworks and pattern iterations.
- Collaborate with vendors, printers, and the production team for sampling and color matching.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.
- Strong understanding of color, scale, and composition.
- Experience with surface pattern repeats (manual or digital).
- Interest in Indian art, craft, and textile traditions is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of print processes (digital/rotary/screen).
- Illustration or painting skills.
- Prior experience in home décor, wallpaper, or surface design industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
