Job Title QSR Kitchen Chef / Cook – Café
Location Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced QSR kitchen chef/cook who can prepare and serve items like momos, pizza, burgers, and beverages in a fast-paced café environment. The chef will follow SOP-based recipes and ensure that orders are prepared and served within 10 minutes while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Food Preparation Prepare momos (steamed/fried) using ready raw material or pre-prepared fillings. Prepare burgers and pizza using semi-processed ingredients (buns, patties, pizza bases, sauces). Prepare quick beverages like cold coffee, milkshakes, tea, and basic mocktails.
2. Quick Service Operations Ensure orders are ready within 10 minutes. Follow QSR SOP recipes and portion control. Maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
3. Kitchen Management Maintain clean and hygienic kitchen as per food safety standards. Manage inventory of raw materials (momo sheets, burger buns, sauces, vegetables, cheese, etc.). Inform management about low stock or spoilage.
4. Equipment Handling Operate steamers, induction/gas stove, oven, fryer, and mixers safely. Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
5. Quality & Hygiene Follow basic food safety and hygiene practices. Ensure fresh ingredients and proper storage.
6. Training will be provided.
Skills Required
Experience in QSR or café kitchen.
Ability to cook momos, burgers, pizza quickly.
Basic knowledge of beverage preparation.
Ability to work fast during rush hours.
Basic inventory management.
Experience 1–3 years experience in café, fast food, or QSR kitchen preferred.
Salary - ₹10000 – ₹15,000 per month + incentives
