Job description:
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong creative mindset and leadership potential to assist in managing design projects and collaborating closely with the business head.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client briefs & brand requirements and translate them into creative design solutions.
- Collaborate with the Business Head to create requirements and design directions for each project.
- Translate marketing and branding requirements into highly engaging and visually attractive designs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, standards, and best practices in graphic design.
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for design and visual storytelling.
- Present ideas confidently and participate in internal/client pitches.
- Multitask efficiently and adapt to different tones of communication based on brand and audience.
- Show high attention to detail and a commitment to design accuracy.
- Accept and apply constructive feedback from peers and clients.
- Be self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn new tools and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
Design & Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Color Theory, Proportions, Layouts, and Communication Design
- Proficient in working with Graphics, Illustrations & Vectors
- Basic UI/UX design skills
- Experience with mock-ups, web design, and multimedia presentation
- Adaptive design sensibility with an eye for visual detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bhandup, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
