Job Description – Outside Sales Position
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outside Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers, generating leads, conducting field visits, and building strong client relationships. The role requires extensive market outreach, customer engagement, and sales conversion activities within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and market research.
- Present company products and services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with internal teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- 5 years of experience in field sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Experience in construction materials, building products, industrial products, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
