We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects from inception to delivery. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and people leadership.
The TPM will work closely with engineering, DevOps, product, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality, while aligning with BTF’s delivery standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Management
· Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
· Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, dependency maps, and status reports.
· Ensure adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
· Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans
Technical Oversight
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear translation of requirements into technical deliverables.
Possess hands-on understanding of:
· Web & platform development
· Microservices and APIs
· Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
· CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Review technical designs and delivery plans to ensure feasibility, scalability, security, and performance.
Stakeholder & Client Management
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on project matters.
· Manage client expectations, communication, and escalation effectively.
· Facilitate regular governance meetings, sprint reviews, and steering committee updates as required.
Agile & Process Excellence
· Lead projects using Agile / Scrum / Hybrid methodologies depending on project needs.
· Ensure sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and delivery ceremonies are conducted effectively.
· Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and frameworks
Team Leadership & Mentoring
· Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and analysts.
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
· Support onboarding, performance feedback, and capability development of project team members.
Compliance & Documentation
· Ensure proper project documentation, approvals, and audit trails are maintained.
· Align project delivery with organizational policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
· 5+ years of experience in managing technology-driven projects in IT services, consulting, or product/platform environments.
· Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects with distributed teams.
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
· Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
