Your mission
Make every Supply Chain Apps customer remarkably successful. From the first onboarding session to each renewal, you will ensure customers reach value quickly, adopt the platform deeply, and keep coming back because Log-hub helps them make better decisions - as their trusted advisor and their strongest voice inside our company.
What you’ll do
- Lead customer onboarding. Take ownership of the handover from the Sales team and guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring they quickly realize value from the platform.
- Turn business challenges into practical solutions. Understand each customer's supply chain needs and translate them into effective data models and optimization approaches across areas such as network design, transportation, inventory, forecasting, and other customer-specific use cases.
- Build lasting partnerships. Maintain regular communication through success meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monitor customer satisfaction using Net Promoter Score (NPS), and advocate for customer needs across the organization.
- Drive customer growth and continuous improvement
- Strengthen customer relationships. Proactively monitor account health, identify and reduce churn risks, support renewals, and uncover opportunities for account expansion.
- Work closely with Product. Gather customer feedback and feature requests, collaborate with the CTO and development team, and keep customers informed about product improvements and release timelines.
- Partner across departments. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining accurate customer documentation and account information.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Operations Research, or another quantitative discipline.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and logistics, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into practical analytical models.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Supply Chain Analytics, preferably within a SaaS, technology, or analytics environment.
- Experience managing customer projects and collaborating with international, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences and build strong customer relationships.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of operations research, mathematical optimization, or simulation techniques (such as linear programming, mixed-integer programming, or discrete-event simulation).
- Experience using Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain planning, optimization, or network design software.
- German language skills are desirable.
