We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to generate sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role involves handling client interactions, lead follow-ups, sales conversions, and supporting business growth across multiple company operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers and clients
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings
- Explain products/services and convert leads into sales
- Maintain proper follow-up with prospects and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and outreach
Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)

Qualification
- Graduate or pursuing graduation
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service, or telecalling preferred
