Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of industrial packaging machinery at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service machinery at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Prepare service reports and coordinate with the internal team.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Electrical / Mechanical systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer service.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
