Key Responsibilities
Configure and support the SAP FICO module based on business requirements.
Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.
Configure and maintain core Finance processes, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Internal Orders
Configure and support Financial Closing, Period-End Closing, Cost Allocations, Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Financial Reporting.
Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments.
Collaborate with the SAP ABAP team for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and custom developments.
Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, Treasury, and other SAP modules.
Perform system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover activities, and end-user training.
Prepare configuration documents, process documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals.
Provide production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
Preferred Skills & Experience
SAP S/4HANA Implementation experience is mandatory.
ECC to SAP S/4HANA Migration project experience will be an added advantage.
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud project experience will be an added advantage.
Minimum one end-to-end SAP FICO implementation project preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, engineering, or process industries is preferred.

Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.

Experience in preparing Functional Specifications and coordinating with the ABAP development team for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Good understanding of SAP FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, and Treasury.
Good knowledge of IDOCs, APIs, Fiori Applications, CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, and SAP Business Workflow will be an added advantage.
Experience in Data Migration (LTMC/Data Migration Cockpit) and master data migration will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Management, Information Technology, CA Inter, MBA Finance, MCA, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business users and cross-functional teams.
Experience in end-user training, hypercare, and post-go-live support is preferred.
