- Manage counter sales with professionalism, ensuring seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and informed assistance to all customers, addressing queries and offering complete product/service details.
- Maintain updated customer feedback records in the system.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Initiate and support small-scale marketing and promotional activities.
- Organize and execute customer engagement programs and events.
- Drive new customer acquisition and reactivate dormant customer accounts.
Understand customer preferences to align product offerings and support effective stock management
