3. Stakeholder Relations & Administration
- Communication Link: Serves as the primary point of contact between the company, its investors, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Corporate Actions: Assists with corporate restructuring, dividend distributions, and the issuance or transfer of shares.
