We are looking for a creative and dynamic Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and help capture and showcase the vibrant life, achievements, and initiatives of the institution through compelling visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for academic, corporate, marketing, branding, and promotional purposes.
- Cover institutional events, conferences, guest lectures, student activities, workshops, and other campus engagements.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and internal communications.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos with appropriate transitions, graphics, animations, subtitles, music, and sound effects.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand content requirements and deliver creative visual solutions.
- Maintain and manage video equipment, cameras, lighting, microphones, and related accessories.
- Organize and archive video footage and digital assets systematically.
- Stay updated with current video production trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Film Production, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field would be preferred.
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of camera operations, framing, lighting, audio recording, and post-production workflows.
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and graphic design will be an added advantage.
- Excellent creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in videography and video editing.
- Experience working with educational institutions, media agencies, corporate communications, or digital marketing teams will be preferred.
