Key Responsibilities
Promote residential layout and plot projects.
Generate customer leads through field marketing and direct interaction.
Explain project details and answer customer queries.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
Represent the company professionally during promotional activities.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for marketing and sales.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Basic smartphone knowledge.
