Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Admission Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, handling admission enquiries, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students and parents about available courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Assist students with the application, documentation, and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate student and lead records using CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for smooth admissions.
- Participate in admission drives, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply; experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or EdTech is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
