- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of data workflows to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of data engineering initiatives with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Airflow, AWS Glue.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Glue.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and orchestration techniques.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable ETL processes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache Airflow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
