Academic Counsellor | Trivandrum, Kerala
Job Type: Full-time (In-office, Mon–Sat) Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month( plus performance based incentives)
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Academic Counsellor to join our team in Trivandrum. You will guide students and parents in choosing the right courses and universities, assist with applications and documentation, and provide ongoing support throughout their academic journey. Experience in overseas education counselling will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic counselling to students and parents on courses and universities.
- Assist students with course selection, applications, documentation, and SOPs.
- Maintain up-to-date information on intakes, scholarships, and fees.
- Conduct counselling sessions, follow-ups, and maintain student records.
- Achieve monthly student enrolment and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with marketing & operations teams for events, seminars, and lead generation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years’ experience in academic counselling, student counselling, or education consultancy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in overseas education counselling is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Trivandrum, Kerala

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
