Position Title - Football Coach

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Football Coach to lead and develop players across various age groups and skill levels. The Football Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, developing tactical and technical skills, fostering teamwork and discipline, and preparing teams for competitive matches and tournaments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality football training sessions.
- Develop players' technical, tactical, physical, and mental abilities.
- Create training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Lead and manage teams during matches, tournaments, and events.
- Assess player performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and a positive learning environment.
- Ensure player safety and implement injury prevention practices.
- Coordinate with parents, management, and other coaching staff regarding player development and team activities.
- Maintain attendance records, training schedules, and performance reports.
- Assist in talent identification and player recruitment initiatives.
- Stay updated with modern coaching methods and football trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Recognized Football Coaching Certification (e.g., AFC, UEFA, FIFA, AIFF, or equivalent).
- Minimum of [X] years of coaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of football tactics, techniques, and player development.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
