About the Role
Chhapai is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual communication, with the ability to create compelling designs for both print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create designs for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Design print collateral such as business cards, brochures, flyers, packaging, invitations, and stationery.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with production teams when required.
- Create visual content for websites, presentations, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute creative projects.
- Maintain consistency across all brand communications.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Canva.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Ability to create print-ready artwork.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Experience in print, packaging, or branding projects.
- Familiarity with social media content creation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 2 years of experience in graphic design is preferred.
