Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing sales operations, developing client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the jewellery machinery and tools market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and acquire new customers including jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
· Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
· Promote and sell jewellery machinery, tools, and related equipment to potential customers.
· Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure timely installation, service, and customer support.
· Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, order closure, and payment follow-ups.
· Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights.
· Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and generate leads.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and after-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing (MBA preferred).
· 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in machinery, manufacturing equipment, or jewellery tools industry.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to travel across regions to meet clients and expand business.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
