KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Provide priority P1 support & personalized service delivery with proactive issue resolution to VIPs.
Support Apple & Windows devices, as well as conferencing systems
. Ensure ZERO SLA breach for VIP tickets.
Conduct pre-meeting tech checks and provide live support for high-profile executive meetings,hybrid conferences (Zoom, MS Teams), and town halls.
Manage, configure, and maintain Apple Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., JamfPro, Microsoft Intune) for enterprise Mac endpoints.
Design and deploy configuration profiles, security policies, macOS patch management workflows,and application packages via Jamf/MDM.
