Role: Backend Developer
Location: Chennai (Hybrid)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver backend features as part of agile sprint cycles.
- Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems.
- Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and improve product quality.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and backend design decisions.
- Identify and address technical debt to maintain a robust codebase.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience with Ruby on Rails or Django.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Experience with SQL databases, data modeling, and database design.
- Hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior experience working in a SaaS environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly Elasticsearch.
