We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)/CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing enterprise-grade CRM solutions while collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.

Design, develop, customize, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.

Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, ribbon customization, and security roles.

Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, PCF controls, and custom APIs using C# and .NET.

Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Dataverse APIs.

Develop Power Platform solutions using:

Microsoft Dataverse

Develop custom connectors and reusable Power Platform components.

Participate in solution architecture, technical design, estimation, and code reviews.

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules.

Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
