About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software and technology projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-release support.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and business teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, quality standards, and best practices.
- Drive continuous process improvements and enhance project delivery efficiency.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Project Coordinator.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and software development workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing web, mobile, SaaS, or enterprise software projects.
- Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
