We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Visa Counsellor & Telecaller who can handle incoming leads, connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, provide suitable visa guidance, and convert qualified leads into clients.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong convincing ability, and preferably experience in the visa, immigration, or overseas education industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with existing leads.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in clients.
- Understand the client's requirements, profile, and overseas goals.
- Provide initial counselling regarding suitable visa/immigration options.
- Explain eligibility, documentation, application process, timelines, and requirements.
- Identify genuine and qualified prospects and move them towards consultation/application.
- Follow up regularly with interested clients and maintain proper lead records.
- Convert leads into clients and achieve assigned sales/conversion targets.
- Handle client objections and queries professionally.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the documentation/processing team for smooth application handling.
- Maintain accurate updates of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and client status in the CRM.
- Stay updated with changes in visa policies, requirements, and immigration procedures.
- Ensure a professional and positive client experience throughout the counselling process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in visa counselling, telecalling, immigration, overseas education, or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
- Good knowledge of visa/immigration processes will be an advantage.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
Pay: ₹11,170.03 - ₹35,610.45 per month
