We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Retail Store & Sales Manager to lead our Gurgaon store operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
JOB SUMMARY
The Retail Store & Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales, leading the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibility
Store Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Maintain stock availability and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock losses.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational policies.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase walk-in conversions and repeat customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Analyze sales reports and implement improvement plans.
- Handle bulk orders, festive sales, and corporate inquiries.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Train employees on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain high customer engagement on the sales floor.
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure products are displayed as per brand guidelines.
- Create attractive seasonal and festive displays.
- Maintain pricing accuracy and promotional signage.
Cash & Administration
- Handle daily cash reconciliation and billing operations.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit store performance updates.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for inventory, HR, and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Retail Store Management.
- Experience in lifestyle, gifting, toys, fashion, décor, party supplies, or premium retail brands will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems.
- Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and during festive seasons.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
