About the Role:
BudsTech Consultancy is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience to build a successful career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Prepare offer letters and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and attendance details.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Handle employee queries professionally.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA (HR) is an added advantage.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.
