We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer (IC3) to join our engineering team and build scalable, cloud-native applications that power critical business workflows and AI-driven experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, React, Microservices architecture, and API development, with exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and LLM-powered applications.
In this role, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle from architecture and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. You will work closely with product managers, architects, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
- Build and enhance scalable microservices and RESTful APIs following modern engineering standards.
- Design and implement secure, well-documented APIs for internal and external consumers.
- Develop cloud-native, event-driven architectures supporting high-scale applications.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into business workflows using agentic frameworks and orchestration platforms.
- Build and maintain AI agents, tool integrations, prompt workflows, and MCP/tool-based interactions where applicable.
- Collaborate with product management and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Drive quality through unit testing, integration testing, automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior engineers when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering
- 4–7 years of experience in full-stack application development using Node.js, React, and Microservices architecture
- Strong hands-on expertise in API design, development, integration, and performance optimization, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience building scalable cloud-native applications with a solid understanding of software design principles and engineering best practices.
- Experience building AI-powered applications and integrations. Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks, LLM-based applications, AI orchestration, or workflow automation is highly desirable.
- Understanding of storage, data management, or cloud infrastructure domains is a plus
- Proven ability to take ownership, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver business-critical, high-impact projects in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and continuous learning mindset

- Independently delivers medium-to-large features with minimal supervision.
- Owns components/services end-to-end, from design to production.
- Demonstrates sound technical judgment and engineering rigor.
- Collaborates effectively across teams and drives issues to closure.
- Continuously improves engineering practices, quality, and operational excellence
- IC -Typically requires a minimum of 4-8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree; or a PhD with relevant experience.
