Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
- Issue materials to departments based on approved requests.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items for easy access.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
- Coordinate with procurement/purchase department for replenishment.
- Keep proper documentation of goods received and issued (GRN, stock registers, etc.).
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
