Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers over the phone and explain financial products.
- Promote and sell Insurance, Credit Card, and Loan products.
- Make outbound calls daily to generate sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and follow up on leads.
Required Skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Candidate Profile
- 12th Pass, Undergraduate, or Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Prior telesales experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to persuade customers and close sales effectively.
