Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Loyalty program implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading solution architecture, providing technical leadership, driving end-to-end Salesforce delivery, and ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations across Health Cloud and Loyalty initiatives.
The role requires hands-on technical expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience guiding development teams through best practices, code reviews, and architectural decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Health Cloud and Loyalty solutions.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
- Design and oversee integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery and ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and project managers.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability initiatives.
- Support deployment planning, release management, and production readiness activities.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, security, and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce Health Cloud Certification.
- Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application Architect/System Architect preferred).
- Experience leading large-scale healthcare and loyalty transformation programs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
